The Alabaster Moments practice leverages a holistic approach and understanding of the individuals’ intricate relationship between the mind and body to assist clients in their journey toward a healthy mental and physical state. With Alabaster Moments, we not only take the time to help each client achieve mental wellness, but we also help their support network, social supports, and communities understand their experiences and how they can positively impact their health and wellness goals.

We help children learn various healthy coping strategies through individual counseling. We encourage them to talk about their feelings in a safe and confidential space while helping them understand that their thoughts and feelings matter.
Spiritual Group Therapy
In group therapy, we restore the powerful spirit within leading to the divine alignment of the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional state of being.
Group counseling is a type of psychotherapy that involves meeting with a group of individuals who all face similar concerns. Group sessions involve sharing your experiences and listening to others experiences
Every family should have healthy interactions, boundaries, and the ability to nurture change and development. It is our goal to help every member of the family achieve healthy goals and relationships within the family as we heal internal conflict and provide support through therapeutic interventions.
Alabaster Moments delivers life-changing solutions and strategies for a transformative process for spiritual renewal. We will help everyone create positive moments in life regardless of what has happened in his or her life as we help facilitate their spiritual pathway to recovery.
Everyone who suffers and mourns a loss grieves in different ways. Our goal is to honor the pain and the path of the bereaved as we walk with them through the stages of grief. We vow to teach healthy coping techniques and respect the journey with empathy and compassion.
