About Me

The time you make for yourself is the most important time in the world

Meet Your Therapist

I am Sharon Jones and my early life was shaped by humble beginnings.  I traveled to San Francisco on the bus with a hand full of change from the South to the West. My eyes were open to the awareness of the many gifts and blessings in life that shaped a better way.  Born and raised in Coushatta, Louisiana, I am now residing in California where I am a Licensed Therapist of the healing arts, Spiritual Life Coach and have over 20 years providing an atmosphere and environment for recovery, building hope and comfort to many clients in need of transformation in their lives. Utilizing creative practices that promote healing, wellness, coping and personal change. I believe that by reintroducing positive moments and experiences in life it creates and anchor to build upon and reset the mind, body and spirit. When speaking of these positive moments I call them Alabaster Moments.  The concept of Alabaster Moments was formed from divine inspiration of spirit.   You are Alabaster and you can recreate those rare, valuable and sustainable moments.
