Meet Your Therapist  

I am Sharon Jones and my early life was shaped by humble beginnings.  I traveled to San Francisco on the bus with a hand full of change from the South to the West. My eyes were open to the awareness of the many gifts and blessings in life that shaped me in a better way.  Born and raised in Coushatta, Louisiana, I am now residing in California where I am a Licensed Therapist of the healing arts: Spiritual Life Coach and have over 30 years providing an atmosphere and environment for recovery, building hope and comfort to many clients in need of transformation in their lives. I believe in employing creative practices that promote healing, wellness, coping, and personal change. I believe that reintroducing positive moments and experiences in life creates an anchor to build upon and reset the mind, body, and spirit. When speaking of these positive moments I call them Alabaster Moments.  The concept of Alabaster Moments was formed from the divine inspiration of the spirit. You are Alabaster and you can recreate those rare, valuable, and sustainable moments.
